@neno1313 explain Guantanamo bay then.I believe that there are criminals there, but what about the many that are innocent? i dont see that as JUSTICE. not everybody is pure as snow. lots of the police make assumptions too.

besides, why couldnt the cop just say "sir i`m going to have to arrest you and take you to the station for a test"? but nope, they thought he was lying, tazed him and pepper sprayed a bystander!
@eruigou refusing a command would be yelling, thrashing, etc. thats like saying if your asking a teacher a question about y u got in trouble, and she slaps you!

& there is absolutely nothing you can do about it
if we want , we can increase it's use
we can vote for additional rules
