I think no one should be holding them. The majority of the time when they taser a civilian they are standing up over concrete and fall and smash their head into the ground, cars, benches or what have you. Fuck police.

Nice video. When a cop gets tasered they are like that shit hurts and comply. When a civilian gets tasered they seem to think they won't get tasered again and don't comply. Makes me laugh. If they only knew how much it takes for a cop to stop from laughing when tasing them. Esp the 3rd or 4th time saying WTF is this thing on or what. LOL.
